This is an actual operating junkyard that doubles as a brewpub. Route 66 Junkyard Brewery sits on 10 acres and can host 15 RV's at a time. It is located on Old Route 66 in Grants, NM. IMPORTANT: Because the parking lot is dirt with some gravel we don't accept booking requests more than 72 hours in advance. We have plenty of space and haven't had to turn down anyone because of space as we have had 17 RV's and a semi truck here at one time and we still had space. We don't need advance notice if you find yourself in a situation and just need to get off of the highway, if we are open and the lot isn't muddy (from the four yearly rain storms) you're welcome to stay. If you are submitting a request prior to 3 days in advance, I'm not going to respond because I can't approve any request without knowing if it is going to rain because my parking lot is dirt/millings. If it is less than 3 days and I don't get around to responding to you then your request is approved if it not raining, and it is on a day that we are open. We have 8 acres so we won't run out of room.

We sell smoked meat sandwiches...brisket, pulled pork, and chicken. A course we offer the grandaddy of. them all the world-famous Junkyard sandwich, whichsually consists of two of our meats, u pulled pork and brisket.

You're not required to make a purchase to stay. The wifi password is carsandbeer. Stop in for parking instructions and close the gate after you leave in the morning. Gate code to exit is 1999 and the left arrow key. Contact us by text at 505-328-0060 for information and reservations.
